We are looking for a US Non-IT Recruitment Manager to join our team at Bluebix Solutions.

About the Role:

• Manage, mentor, and drive the recruitment team to achieve performance and revenue targets.
• Work with the team to improve their skills, motivation, and performance.
• Technical screening and submission of candidates for non-IT roles.
• Handle all paperwork, including MSA, contracts, and other documents.
• Client and account management for US non-IT recruitment.
• Achieve performance and revenue targets for the recruitment team.

About You:

• You will have at least 5 years of experience managing a team of US recruiters.
• You will have a strong understanding of IT and related areas, with a passion for process innovation and improvement.
• You will be a great communicator, with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
