As a simulation analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing product designs through advanced simulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform structural, durability, and NVH analyses to optimize product designs
  • Conduct simulations using CAE tools like ANSYS and HyperMesh to predict product performance
  • Interpret and validate results to provide design recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate simulation insights into the product development process
  • Prepare technical documentation and simulation reports
  • Optimize component design for weight, strength, noise, and vibration by leveraging simulation data
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
  • 5-8 years of experience in design analysis, specifically with ANSYS, HyperWorks, or equivalent software
  • Preferred experience in the automotive industry, especially in EV Powertrain Simulation Analysis
  • Strong proficiency in ANSYS and HyperMesh, good understanding of structural mechanics, fatigue/durability, and NVH principles
