We are seeking an experienced and skilled Underwriter to join our team in Anantapur, India. The ideal candidate will have 3.5+ years of relevant underwriting experience and a strong understanding of credit report review, DTI, LTV, PITI, income & asset calculations.

  • Perform live underwriting with complete end-to-end case ownership.","
  • Evaluate borrower profiles using the 4 Cs of Credit – Character, Capacity, Capital, and Collateral.","
  • Conduct a detailed credit report review for accurate risk assessment.","
  • Work on both UK mortgage and US mortgage underwriting, including income calculation, debt-to-income ratio assessment, loan-to-value ratio evaluation, and asset calculation.","
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.","
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and decision-making.","
