Job Opportunity:
Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee daily financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and support strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of accounting principles and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance and variances.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and internal policies.
  • Coordinate with auditors and assist in internal and external audits.
  • Support management with data analysis and financial insights for decision-making.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial controls and procedures.
  • Liaise with banks, vendors, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters.


Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field. Master's or CA/CPA preferred. Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, and MS Excel). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:
Office-based role with occasional travel if required. May require extended hours during closing periods or audits.
