Job Description:

You will be part of a production release team and contribute to all areas of development and operations. You will work closely with global teams to ensure effective technical solutions and provide an escalation point for support rotations.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and perform engineering assignments using established procedures and best practices.
  • Conduct research to aid in product troubleshooting and optimization efforts.
  • Work closely with global teams to deliver effective technical solutions.

  • Actively monitor key metrics and report on trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Key qualifications for this role include a completed Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Software Architecture. A minimum of six years of engineering experience is also required.

Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java and Python is essential, along with working experience with application development frameworks like Spring Boot. Cloud technologies and services such as AWS Lambda and AWS S3 are also highly valued.
