Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Capital Raise Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling concept to closure of deals, including negotiation, documentation, drawdown, and compliance activities to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential fundraising opportunities, and strategize to access these funds.
  • Prepare information memorandums, business plans, presentations, teasers, and profiles for banks, financial institutions, and investors.
  • Coordinate evaluation and due diligence activities required as part of capital raise initiatives.
  • Develop dynamic financial models, analyze data, and create scenarios to inform business decisions.
  • Monitor regulatory updates relevant to insurance and capital raise.
  • Organize networking events with relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of post-qualification experience in capital raise aspects.
  • Strong financial modeling and presentation skills, with proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in handling insurance-associated capital raise will be an added advantage.
  • MBA/CA/CFA qualification.
