Job Role: Project Management Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Project Management Lead with expertise in project execution, site supervision, and team coordination. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage site teams, ensure quality control, and travel as needed for large-scale projects.

  1. Oversee on-site civil engineering projects ensuring compliance with project timelines, drawings, and safety standards.
  2. Supervise site engineers, labor teams, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
  3. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal project teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
  4. Prepare and review progress reports and quality checks to ensure project success.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in civil project execution.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and labor coordination skills.
  • Proficient in project planning tools, Excel, and MS Office.
  • Excellent English communication (verbal & written) skills.
