Strategic Marketing Director

To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies across various digital and traditional channels. This involves managing marketing campaigns, overseeing content creation, coordinating with internal teams, and analyzing market trends to optimize marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of marketing professionals and mentor them to achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and deliverables.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns, and provide data-driven insights to inform future strategies.
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximize ROI.
  • Plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and brand activations that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Foster strong relationships with media partners, advertising agencies, and key stakeholders to build mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging and tone across all channels and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
