  • Collaborate with digital teams to integrate technology into our guests' journeys

Team Leadership:

  • Mentor junior designers to develop their skills
  • Resolve conflicts and ensure consistency across locations
  • Oversee collaboration and manage resources effectively

Quality Assurance:

  • Lead audits and establish high standards for safety and service
  • Act on guest feedback and insights to improve our services
  • Report quality metrics to senior leadership
