  4. Multi-Database Administration: Perform database administration tasks for Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL systems, including backup, recovery, and performance optimization.
  5. Automation and Scripting: Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell scripting and Ansible for deployment, monitoring, and configuration management.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers and developers to optimize data pipelines and ensure data integrity across platforms.
  7. Security Implementation: Implement and maintain security best practices across all data platforms.
  8. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the data stack in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business, or another relevant field AND a minimum of 6 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Database Technologies: Experience with relational or NoSQL database technologies.
  • Technology Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to implement new technologies effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
