The role of the Wealth Manager is to oversee and optimize the distribution of wealth products, including mutual funds, insurance, and other financial instruments. This involves developing strategies to drive sales growth while managing relationships with clients, financial advisors, and distribution partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base and increase market penetration.">
  • Address clients' investment requirements through exclusive product bouquets and superior service delivery.">
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.">
  • Acquire new customers who meet product criteria through cross-referral and actively network to expand the client base.">
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans for acquiring new customers in the corporate space and formulate acquisition initiatives.">
  • Oversee the operational aspects of mutual fund transactions, including processing applications, managing account setups, and handling redemptions.">
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.">
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in sales and client management.">

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.">
  • Proven experience in distribution of wealth products like mutual funds, insurance, PMS etc.">
  • Strong understanding of various financial products, industry regulations, and market dynamics.">
  • Candidates with a strong existing client base will be preferred.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client relationship management.">
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.">
