About the Video Production Role:

We're seeking a visionary Video Producer/Director to oversee end-to-end video projects from concept to final delivery.

This leadership position involves managing both the cinematographer and editor, coordinating on-ground shoots across various locations, and collaborating with internal stakeholders for smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of the production pipeline from planning to delivery.
  • Leading and coordinating the field cinematographer and in-house editor.
  • Planning, directing, and executing shoots across multiple campuses and institutions.
  • Script handling, shoot schedules, and crew coordination.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders for approvals, shoot requirements, and feedback.
  • Ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and adaptation to different content formats.
Requirements:
  • Good experience in video production, direction, or creative project management.
  • Strong command over shoot planning, visual storytelling, and project timelines.
  • Ability to handle dynamic on-ground environments with lean teams.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills with both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and autonomous decision-making in the field.
