Job Title: Electrical Site Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to join our operations team, responsible for monitoring the installation process as per established protocols and escalating deviations to management in a structured manner.

  • The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of house wiring, inverter wiring, and power supplies, as well as proficiency in documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Observe the entire installation process at customer sites to ensure adherence to SOP.
  • Ensure a seamless installation process and minimize error rates.
  • Promptly address process deviations related to electrical, home automation, and lighting products.
  • Properly document errors noticed and present metrics.
  • Structurally escalate identified issues and provide resolutions in a systematic manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma with a focus on electrical engineering is required.
  • Ideal candidates have 0-2 years of experience in the same or a relevant industry.
  • Proficiency in documentation, data analysis, and basic knowledge of house wiring, load calculation, and AutoCAD is necessary.
  • Solid understanding of power supplies (single/multiphase), inverters, generators, and related systems is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities are crucial.
