Job Title: Assistant Trainer

Join Etech as an Assistant Trainer and be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional training experiences. As an Assistant Trainer, you will play a key role in shaping the skills and knowledge of our agents, ensuring they have the tools and confidence to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging training sessions that cater to the needs of our agents, focusing on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
  • Collaborate with senior trainers to design and implement training programs that meet the evolving needs of our business.
  • Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and coaching sessions to support the growth and development of our agents.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to agents to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to ensure our training programs remain relevant and effective.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure seamless integration of training programs and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources.
  • Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure training programs meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education, training, or business.
  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate agents.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for training sessions and workshops.
