Automotive Powertrain Systems Developer

The role involves collaborating with a leading technology provider in the automotive industry, specializing in powertrain systems development, simulation, and testing.
- We are seeking an experienced automation professional to develop, integrate, and maintain Python scripts and automation tools.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering principles and clean coding practices.
This includes developing, integrating, and maintaining unit and integration tests using frameworks like pytest or unit test, ensuring high test coverage and meaningful assertions.
A successful automation engineer will have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in automation using Python/MATLAB/C-coding for automotive SW development, a strong understanding of software engineering principles, and proficiency with modern Python features and libraries.
A strong working knowledge of manual C coding & m-scripting is also required, along with high analytical and conceptual skills, and the ability to work independently.
