Seeking a seasoned Program Director to lead project delivery and drive collaboration with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of 10+ years in IT, preferably 2+ years of experience in program management.

The Technical Project Lead will oversee the implementation, integration, and enhancement of Xstore point-of-sale systems within a retail environment. This role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, architects, and the product team. Allocate resources efficiently to meet project timelines.
  • Process Improvement: Promote and implement best practices for software development and project management. Regularly review and refine processes to improve efficiency.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all project phases. Generate and distribute regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Required Skills:

  • Strong project planning and execution skills.
  • Excellent communication and resource capacity planning skills.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 10+ years in IT; preferred 2+ years of program management experience.
  • 5+ years of project management and/or related experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in process gap analysis and implementing best practices.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Experience with Xstore or Point of Sale (POS) systems or in the Retail domain.
  • Good understanding of Java, Oracle DB, and Webservices.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
