We are seeking a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis expert to drive financial growth and strategy for our business.

Job Description

The Director of FP&A will oversee key aspects of our financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

This is a full-time leadership role based in South Mumbai, responsible for leading our finance team and contributing to the development of our strategic plans.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or retail.

They will be responsible for preparing reports, conducting analysis, and developing models that inform our business decisions.

In addition to their technical expertise, they will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial planning processes across brands.
  • Create scenario planning and valuation models to guide expansion and growth strategies.
  • Design and implement cash flow management systems and MIS reports to support scalability.
  • Enhance and professionalize finance and accounting controls and processes.
  • Manage investor relations through accurate projections and transparent communication.
  • Collaborate with leadership on KPIs and performance tracking.
Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in FP&A/corporate finance, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or retail.
  • Proven track record of helping businesses scale and grow.
  • Expertise in forecasting, cash flow management, MIS, and valuations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and investor-facing skills.
  • CA/MBA Finance preferred but not essential.
