Job Opportunity

As a detail-oriented and analytical professional, you will oversee the management of Management Information Systems (MIS), generate business insights through data analysis, and monitor performance metrics across functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly submissions.
  • Consolidate financial, operational, and business data into dashboards and presentations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple internal systems and external sources to provide actionable insights for business growth, cost control, and efficiency improvements.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track business performance against budgets, forecasts, and targets using performance scorecards and dashboards.
  • Highlight risks, opportunities, and performance gaps proactively to support management in strategic and operational decision-making.

Process Improvement & Automation:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
  • Suggest and implement automation opportunities using Excel, Power BI, and other tools to standardize templates, processes, and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A strong background in Business Analysis, with a focus on analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret large datasets.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros) and Power BI to create data visualizations.
  • An understanding of financial and operational performance metrics to drive business decisions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Analytics.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in MIS, business analysis, or data analytics.
  • Experience in financial services / investments / payments preferred.
