Donor Processing Coordinator

Job Description:

The Donor Processing Coordinator plays a multifunctional role in ensuring the seamless management of donor information. This encompasses various tasks, including quality control, communications, and administrative duties.

This role involves providing exceptional customer service to Lion members/donors through multiple communication channels, including email and phone.

Responsibilities include researching and responding to Lions questions, complaints, concerns, and issues relating to administration and compliance requirements of clubs, districts, or multiple districts in a timely manner.

The Donor Processing Coordinator coordinates with LCIF headquarters, ISAME, Accounting, Operations teams on donor entry, quality control queues, and recognition processing.

This position supports the promotion and development of LCIF initiatives through various communication methods.

  • Processes donation and recognition information via data entry, assembles donation-related documentation, and ensures proper indexing and linking with donation payment data.
  • Conducts quality assurance on all India donation data entry, ensuring data integrity, generating reports, reviewing entries, and conducting research in various databases.
  • Resolves any donor processing product or service issues by clarifying the member/donor's issue, determining the cause, and selecting/relaying the best solution to resolve the issue.
  • Communicates effectively with Lion members, leaders, and headquarters staff/departments, and vendors to resolve concerns within set turn-around times.
  • Ensures monitoring reports (MIS) are accurate and submitted in a timely manner, including vendor MIS.
  • May engage and conduct research and analysis of NGO or charitable organizations to maintain current awareness of industry best practices.
  • Ensures appropriate legal, financial compliance, and audit requirements are met. Executes service requests of ad hoc reports as directed.
