Lead Digital Transformation

We seek a highly skilled leader to spearhead digital transformation initiatives across our manufacturing operations.

  • Develop and implement end-to-end diagnostics, baseline KPIs (OEE, FPY, throughput, cost/unit), and prioritize value-driven projects.
  • Create and execute cost-out programs (Lean/TPM, yield & scrap reduction, energy/utilities optimization, maintenance strategy, network/footprint) to drive business growth.
  • Design Industry 4.0 roadmaps (MES/SCADA/historian, IoT/edge, digital twins, APS, advanced quality analytics) and pilot-through-scale with measurable EBITDA impact.
  • Build business cases and benefit-tracking models; present to CXO/Board; drive change on shop floor through client capability building.
  • Orchestrate multi-workstream programs with cross-functional teams and ecosystem partners (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, OT vendors) with attention to data, cyber, and safety.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience managing end-to-end client engagements and programs.
  • Prior experience in managing teams and leading consulting teams.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, and strong team player.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong core consulting skills – i.e. analytical, primary and secondary research, presentation, and financial modelling, including logical structuring and storyboarding, superior knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Accustomed to working in teams, including virtual teams. Highly developed personal and professional ethics are expected.
  • Strong business development and innovation skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Strong presentation and verbal and written communication skills, and experience communicating to, and working with, virtual teams, and senior leadership.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment with many competing priorities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong track record of executing high-impact initiatives.
