Job Title: Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our projects in the Airlines and Aviation industry. The successful candidate will possess deep knowledge in IT project management, agile methodologies, analysis, reporting, and Python coding.

Key Responsibilities:

- Liaison with stakeholders to identify requirements and define project objectives.

- Develop project start-up requirements according to best practices.

- Recognize project uncertainties, evaluate alternative resource strategies, and anticipate changes in project scope and associated risks.

- Maintain project progress within budget and on schedule.

- Implement strong project management methods to track project progress and manage any issues that arise.

- Organize and facilitate follow-up meetings with clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment with project goals and progress.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring project expectations are met and reporting regularly on project progress.

- Liaison between the team and customer team, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, BCA, or BE in IT.

- Minimum 5 to 13 years of experience in project management.

- Minimum 3-7 years of experience in leading projects in large organizations.
