Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in product development, preferably in the food, beverage, or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and food safety standards.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
