Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Sales Executive Intern to join our team. As a Backend Sales Executive Intern, you will be responsible for managing and organizing inbound leads generated through multiple sources.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in Hindi and English, with knowledge of South Indian languages such as Tamil, Telugu, Kannada being a plus. Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace and familiarity with CRM tools are also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize all inbound/back-end leads generated through multiple sources.
  • Support the field sales team with lead handling and sales coordination.
  • Communicate with customers via phone/email to answer queries and provide timely updates.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, update lead status, and track progress.
  • Collaborate with operations/logistics to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
  • Prepare sales reports and assist in data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales support, inside sales, or back-end sales.
  • Strong organisational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving approach.
  • Must have an ownership mindset and be willing to take on more roles and responsibilities in the future.
