Operations Coordinator for E-commerce

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage and update stock sheets on a daily basis to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • To coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of FBA processes within our overall e-commerce strategy.
  • To collaborate with logistics partners to streamline transportation and delivery of FBA shipments.
  • To oversee palletization, labeling, and documentation processes to ensure compliance with Amazon's FBA requirements.
  • To utilize project management skills to plan and execute FBA shipments efficiently.
  • To monitor FBA inventory levels and implement strategies to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
  • To analyze FBA performance metrics and propose improvements to enhance overall effectiveness.
  • To ensure accuracy and consistency in FBA inventory management systems and databases.
  • To research and analyze market potential in countries such as Canada, Europe, Mexico, UAE, and other target regions for expansion.
  • To evaluate regulatory requirements, customs regulations, and tax implications for entering new international markets.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute international expansion initiatives effectively.
  • To conduct periodic audits of FBA processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • To continuously seek opportunities to optimize FBA operations and improve customer satisfaction.
  • To act as a backup person who will handle all the responsibilities or a part of it on behalf of the person who is not present on a particular day.
  • Maintaining office coordination and maintaining coordination and link between the department person and the rest of the office.
  • Maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of firm's dealings and working.
