- Deliver high-quality client reports on time and with a focus on accuracy.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure all work necessary is completed for successful delivery.
- Investigate client queries and respond to the client response team clearly and concisely.
- Liaise with TCS to ensure loading of input data is completed on-time, allowing Nielsen to deliver on-time.
- Educate peers on best practices through training sessions.
- Attend daily meetings and handover meetings with the Commercial Team.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing to check work carried out by Tech Ops is suitable for the operations team.
- Escalate IT problems effectively and efficiently to minimize impact on the team and clients.
- Assist with training new starters to learn their role.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work in a pressured environment with multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Salesforce is preferred.
