Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a skilled engineer to develop and maintain distributed, real-time systems that serve key stakeholders in our Global business.

The Technology Infrastructure team engineers foundational technology platforms that power all of our applications and businesses. The group spans a broad array of disciplines, from datacenter infrastructure to large-scale cloud services, with the shared goal of delivering reliable, performant, and modern platforms that accelerate business outcomes.

As a member of this team, you will apply software and systems engineering skills to optimize the operations of existing systems and infrastructure through automation and tooling, ensuring efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain distributed, real-time systems that serve key stakeholders in our Global business.
  • Optimize the operations of existing systems and infrastructure through automation and tooling.
  • Build out foundational technical components of a robust SRE program across multiple complex systems, both new and existing.
  • Collaborate with development and quant teams to ensure changes align with measurable Service Level Objectives (SLOs) across user interactions.
  • Monitor system capacity and performance, identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks and sources of instability before they affect stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 5-14 years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong coding skills in Python and PowerShell; ability to comprehend C# and develop basic applications.
  • Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, cloud-based services and infrastructure (AWS), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and Configuration Management (Ansible).
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong sense of ownership.
