Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customized NetSuite solutions to support end-to-end R2R processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
  • Serve as a technical lead on projects, providing expertise in application configuration, data migration, and system optimization.
  • Maintain close relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout project delivery.
  • Provide thought leadership and mentorship to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices across the organization.
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience with NetSuite, including implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite business processes and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant or SuiteFoundation) preferred.
