Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled software engineer to fill the role of Left Specialist Software Engineer. This position is ideal for someone who has experience in developing and evolving software using cutting-edge technologies and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Software Development: Develop software solutions in a fast-paced environment using the latest technologies and infrastructure.
  • Design System Contributions: Work with the design system team to add components to a growing design system library, ensuring technical feasibility, reuse, scalability, and a delightful developer experience.
  • Collaboration and Planning: Collaborate with product owners and architects to develop multi-generation software technology plans, planning for library end-of-life timelines and ensuring timely updates for stability and security.
  • Efficiency and Scalability: Drive increased efficiency across teams by eliminating duplication and leveraging product and technology reuse, advocating for scalability and supporting process improvements that guide development, sustaining, and support activities.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: A master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in computer science or related fields.
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency in React framework, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • API and Data Experience: Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and visualization libraries.
  • Database and Version Control: Knowledge of RDBMS like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server and version control tools like Git.
  • Cloud and DevOps: Understanding of DevOps practices and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
