About the Role:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Tunnel Engineering Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of tunnels using Tunnel Boring Machines (TBMs).



Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and planning tunnel projects utilizing Hard rock TBM construction methodology.
  • Oversight of construction process ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety protocols, and TBM operating procedures.
  • Preparation of detailed engineering designs, drawings, and specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
  • Management of all plants and TBM related matters at site.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum 15 years of experience as Tunnel Engineering Manager with experience in Operating Double Shielded Hard Rock TBMs and should have worked in 2 Hard Rock TBM Projects.
  • Experience of executing Rock TBM Tunnelling of minimum 8 km length through single Tunnel having minimum finished inner diameter of 7.2m.
  • Good knowledge & experience in TBM Mechanical related works, MSVs, and cutter head maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of Tunnel Boring Machines, their operation, maintenance, and associated technologies.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
