Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Performance Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in performance marketing, a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, and excellent analytical skills. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading performance marketing efforts across web and app platforms
- Planning and executing cross-channel campaigns
- Managing agency and partner relationships
- Analyzing performance metrics and providing insights to inform business decisions
- Driving acquisition, engagement, retention, and retargeting strategies to improve customer journey
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve communication and creatives
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a performance marketing role
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer/Branch
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
