We are looking for a skilled Pan Asian cuisine specialist to take charge of our catering kitchen section.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, creativity in menu execution, and the ability to ensure smooth kitchen operations. This role requires a deep understanding of various Asian cuisines, including Chinese, Thai, Japanese, and Korean.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook Pan Asian dishes with precision and attention to detail.
  • Manage your kitchen section with efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain mise en place and ensure seamless service during events.
  • Train and support junior kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure adherence to strict hygiene, safety, and FSSAI compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and develop innovative Pan Asian offerings.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3–5 years' experience in a professional kitchen environment, with at least 1–2 years of expertise in Pan Asian cuisine is required.

Essential Skills:

Strong knowledge of wok cooking, stir-fry, grilling, steaming, and Asian flavors is essential.

Able to work effectively under pressure during high-volume catering events.

Team player with strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.

Culinary degree or diploma preferred.
