Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the delivery of complex transformation projects within the data portfolio.
  • Collaborate with agile teams to develop world-class products that meet customer needs.
  • Elicit and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, work with IT teams to implement these requirements, and deliver reconciliation solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relevant analysis and modeling artifacts for development teams.
  • Understand user journeys end-to-end, extending beyond system capabilities.
  • Provide advanced business knowledge and technical support for requirements development.
  • Create/enhance logical and physical data models according to standards to meet business and technical requirements.
  • Analyze metadata, including naming logical entities, attributes, physical tables, columns, definitions, and data types.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, consistent, unambiguous, reliable, accessible, traceable, and valid metadata and data-related artifacts.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 4-10 years of experience in Data Analysis and/or Data Modeling.
  • Strong financial domain and data analysis skills, covering requirement gathering, elicitation, gap analysis, data analysis, effort estimation, reviews, and translating high-level functional data or business requirements into technical solutions.
  • In-depth understanding of Data Modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical) and delivering high-quality data models following agreed data governance and standards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships.
  • Familiarity with SDLC & Agile methodologies and a self-starter approach.
  • Other Skills: SQL, MS-Office tools, GCP Big Query, Erwin, Visual Paradigm.
