Job Title: Senior Base24 Developer

Job Summary: We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Base24 Developer to join our team at Where U Elevate. As a Senior Base24 Developer, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing Base24 applications using Classic Base24 technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality code for Base24 applications.
  • Implement new features and functionality within the Base24 environment to support business requirements.
  • Perform regular maintenance and updates to Base24 systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Base24 applications, working closely with operations and support teams to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to improve stability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, testers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and team meetings to contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and other team members as needed.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to Base24 systems, using strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Identify and implement improvements to existing systems and processes, ensuring that solutions are both effective and efficient.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of payment processing systems and the role of Base24 within the financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in Classic Base24 application development, including coding, debugging, and system integration.
  • Knowledge of payment processing systems, including transaction processing, card schemes, and settlement processes.
  • Experience with system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization in a Base24 environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong teamwork abilities, with a focus on collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop effective solutions to complex technical challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in resolving issues and improving systems.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in Base24 application development and maintenance, specifically with Classic Base24 technology.
