Key Responsibilities:

• Wash, mop, and maintain the pool deck to ensure a safe and clean environment.">
• Promote a welcoming atmosphere for guests in recreational areas, encouraging relaxation and enjoyment.">
• Monitor activities in the recreational facility and respond promptly in case of emergencies.">
• Communicate the rules and regulations of the recreation facility to guests, ensuring compliance.">
• Inform supervisors if guests cannot participate in activities safely.">
• Provide assistance to injured guests until medical help arrives.">
• Prepare, fold, and stack towels according to company procedures.">
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management.">
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a professional uniform and appearance.">
• Welcomingly acknowledge guests, address service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities.">
• Engage in clear and professional communication with others.">
• Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.">
• Comply with quality standards and expectations.">
• Read and verify information from various sources.">
• Inspect equipment and tools for defects.">
• Operate computers and point-of-sale systems to access work-related information.">
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and moving objects up to 25 pounds.">
