Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior QA engineers to execute and manage automated tests for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects and ensure resolution.
  • Follow established test plans, strategies, and standards to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
  • Execute functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
  • Work closely with development and business teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on test coverage.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed testing documentation, including test cases, reports, and metrics.
  • Continuously improve test automation strategies and contribute to process improvements within the QA team.
  • Stay updated with new testing technologies and best practices to enhance the automation framework.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in science, computer science, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in automation, preferably with testing experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
