As a seasoned ASIC test engineer, you will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test plans for complex integrated circuits.

This position involves developing and executing test plans for various applications such as ADC/DAC, SERDES, and ATPG testing. You will also be responsible for designing internal loopback, scan, and pre/post-trim tests.

In addition, the role requires performing IO DC parametric tests, process monitor/ring oscillator tests, IDD (current into VDD supply pin) measurements, and implementing Boundary Scan (BSDL) and IEEE1149.1/IEEE1149.6 protocols.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize test time, support binning, and analyze yield. Additionally, this position requires providing failure analysis support, debug routines, and reports.

  • You must have experience in programming LTU chips and performing high-voltage stress testing, very low voltage (VLV) testing, and IO parametric tests.
  • You should be proficient in top-level verification, processor performance, and temperature sensor characterization.
