Content Creation Specialist Job Description

The Content Creation Specialist will craft engaging content across various platforms, combining creativity, research, and sharp writing skills to bring new ideas to life.

  • The ideal candidate should have a strong ability to collaborate with our Content Strategy team to develop new IP concepts using insights, data, and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Promos and amplification content for IPs, ensuring all content is aligned with our brand tone, audience interest, and campaign objectives.
  2. Microsite content and campaign collaterals, including social media copies (posts, promos, campaigns) and anchor/emcee scripts for events.
  3. Video content (scripts, captions, narratives), letters, and communication for high-profile dignitaries.
  4. Articles and thought pieces related to IP projects, as well as on-ground event content as required.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in content writing (preferably in media, events, or digital platforms).
  • Strong proficiency in formal/news-led writing with the ability to switch between creative and structured formats.
  • Excellent command over English language and grammar; bilingual ability is a plus.
  • Ability to research, conceptualize, and develop narratives based on data and trends.
  • Prior experience in event content, social media writing, or branded content is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Digitally savvy with familiarity in using tools for content creation and collaboration.
