Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and optimize our portfolio of WordPress/WooCommerce websites across multiple brands. This role is fully remote/home-based, with a focus on conversion rate optimization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building new websites and customizing existing ones using WordPress + Elementor templates. They will also develop and manage custom plugins and advanced WooCommerce features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building New Websites: Utilize WordPress + Elementor templates to create high-performance websites that meet our brand standards.
  • Customization: Modify existing websites to improve their user experience and enhance their overall performance.
  • Plugin Development: Create custom plugins to extend the functionality of our WooCommerce sites.
  • Advanced Features: Implement international website functionality (geo-location, multi-currency, multi-language) and lead conversion rate optimization strategies across all sites.
  • A/B Testing: Design and run A/B split tests, analyzing results and implementing improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and data teams to maximize ROI.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously improve technical performance, SEO, and user experience.

Requirements:

  • Expert-Level Skills: Advanced knowledge of WordPress customization (themes, plugins, hooks, filters).
  • WooCommerce Management: Strong understanding of WooCommerce management, optimization, and scaling.
  • CRO Strategy: Hands-on experience in CRO strategy, A/B testing, and analytics tracking.
  • Front-End Development: Skilled in front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and PHP for WordPress.
  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record of increasing conversion rates.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects independently and deliver measurable outcomes.
