We're seeking a Supply Chain Expert who will optimize inventory levels, ensure timely supply of finished goods, and maximize operational efficiency to meet customer demands.

About the Role

This key position is responsible for creating demand plans based on forecasts from all sales channels. The successful candidate will drive forecast accuracy by coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve significant variances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead production planning for existing and new products, ensuring timely launches and optimal network utilization.
  • Develop inventory management strategies across locations, balancing inventory levels with service standards.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  1. A minimum of 1-4 years of experience in demand and supply planning or capacity management.
  2. Familiarity with WMS/ERP/SAP-MM systems.
  3. An analytical mind, self-motivated, detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
  4. Proficiency in data handling (SAP, MIS, Excel, Dashboards).
  5. Excellent cross-functional team working skills.
Bonus Qualifications

The following qualifications are highly desirable:

  1. An engineering graduate or Master's degree.
  2. Experience working in a plant, Lean/Six Sigma certification advantageous.
