Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chief Identity Architect to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. As a key member of our Corporate IT organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative identity management solutions that cater to our diverse business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain software solutions to address various IAM business challenges, including system provisioning, authentication, authorization, access attestation, role management, people data APIs, and new self-service solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with senior team members to design and develop Identity and Access Management extensions and customization, as well as various tools and technologies, across a global environment.
  • Integrate and support applications with SSO solution(s) and ensure seamless user experience.
  • Deliver IAM solutions for employee/contingent workforce, partners, vendors, and external customers while adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in software architectural decisions related to Sailpoint IDM platform, including access requests, connector development, certification implementation, and validation processes.
  • Participate in testing and QA for Sailpoint customization development efforts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Generate and monitor effective and actionable IAM reporting to support internal and FDA audit processes.
  • Provide operational escalation support for technical and business services, including Sailpoint IIQ, Okta, and custom microservices.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for supported systems and work processes to ensure knowledge sharing and onboarding.
  • Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in IT industry with at least 3+ years' experience supporting enterprise-level Identity and Access Management solutions through custom development.
  • Experience with developing/supporting IDM workflows, rules, and integration logic using BeanShell and Java in SailPoint.
  • Experience of access provisioning, de-provisioning, role administration, and working with directories (Azure AD, Active Directory), SSO, Federation, delegated administration, API gateways.
  • Exposure in supporting web-based IAM-related protocols such as SAML, SCIM, OpenID, OAuth, federation concepts, and technology such as ADFS and Okta IAM products.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively by sharing information, managing knowledge across many technology domains, and championing solutions for broad adoption of IAM solutions.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills to execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work occasional non-standard hours; international travel may be required.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment (SOX, FDA, HIPAA, etc.).

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Development or equivalent experience.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on location and experience.
