Job Title: Data Analytics Specialist

A strategic position is available in a leading organization to drive data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics and supply chain expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the demand planning function by providing innovative solutions and implementing them to optimize processes, resulting in improved forecasting accuracy.

Job Responsibilities;
- Develop and implement advanced analytics models to improve forecasting accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities
- Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Design and implement automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources

Required Skills and Qualifications;
- Bachelor's degree in Operational Research, Statistics, Supply Chain or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis
- Proficiency in statistics and statistical tools like R, Python, Excel, SQL
- Working knowledge of data visualization software like Tableau, Power BI, Looker
- Basic knowledge of cloud environment like GCP, AWS, Azure
- Familiarity with forecasting techniques like Time Series Models, Exponential Smoothing, ARIMA and other ML techniques
