We are seeking a skilled Market Research Specialist to join our team. This role involves supporting the Sector Coverage Team in preparing comprehensive market research and analysis for Capital Markets, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Private Equity transactions.
• Support the Sector Coverage Team in conducting industry research, financial analysis, valuation, and other relevant tasks to prepare pitch books and transaction materials.
• Collaborate with the Execution team to analyze and prepare information memorandums, valuations, and financial models required for deals.
• Assist in documentation, due diligence, presentations, and other related tasks.
• Gather data from clients and respond to queries in a timely manner.
• Maintain databases on companies within respective sectors.
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in Investment Banking, preferably in the Industrials sector.
• MBA or CA degree from a reputable institution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, valuations, and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
