MLOps Engineer Position

We are seeking a seasoned MLOps Engineer to lead our machine learning model development, deployment, and maintenance efforts. As an MLOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring large-scale data pipelines and machine learning workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Model Development: Develop, train, and validate predictive and analytical models using machine learning techniques, including deep learning and traditional methods.
  • Data Engineering: Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement efficient data pipelines that meet the needs of our machine learning workflows.
  • Model Deployment: Deploy machine learning models into production using industry best practices, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Pipeline Management: Build automated pipelines for model training, testing, monitoring, and retraining, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) and experience with ML Ops tools/frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Azure ML).
  • Containerization and Orchestration: Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) technologies.
  • Cloud Platforms: Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for ML model deployment.
  • Statistics and Machine Learning: Strong background in statistics, machine learning algorithms, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • Experience: Experience in handling large-scale data pipelines and real-time model serving, as well as exposure to feature stores and automated model monitoring.
