Overview:

Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Limited seeks a skilled Cloud Infra Architect to lead the development of cloud services and capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud platforms, automation tools, and security principles.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, and security. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based systems, as well as providing technical leadership to development teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Cloud Services Development: Drive the development of cloud services and capabilities, establishing organization structure and governance models to deliver critical milestones.
  • Technical Design and Leadership: Provide technical design, leadership, and oversight to development teams to deliver new solutions using micro-services and cloud-based technologies and platforms.
  • Deployment Management: End-to-end management of the deployment of existing and new infrastructure into the Cloud Central service.
  • Application Assessment: Assist development teams with assessing their applications and developing a path to the Cloud.
  • Cloud Coaching: Coach development teams on best practices, architecture, and design for the Cloud.
  • New Prototypes: Design, code, and deliver new rapid prototypes and MVP cloud-based micro-services connectivity solutions from idea to production.
  • Service Improvement: Contribute towards continual service improvement activities related to the delivery of cloud services.
  • Product Architecture: Architect totally new products from ground up for the cloud domain.
  • Automation: Create and implement automation for cloud platforms monitoring and alerting purposes.
  • Stakeholder Evangelization: Evangelize the cloud portfolio with key internal/external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Coach peers, team members, and facilitate knowledge transfer within the Cloud Central group.
  • Cost Optimization: Conduct regular cost optimization exercises to reduce cloud outflows.
  • Cloud Security: Build cloud security and ensure all audit points are closed on time.

Requirements:

  • Degree or post-graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant subjects.
  • 7 to 15 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
  • Hands-on experience deploying and managing cloud-based network services, virtual networks, and security groups.
  • Experience with automation and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform.
  • Strong understanding of network security principles and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Windows-based network services and Active Directory integration in cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of SaaS and PaaS offerings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator Associate, or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) preferred but not required.

Salary Range: ₹ 20,00,000 - ₹ 35,00,000 per annum
