Job Description

As a Software Tester at Revolo Infotech, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products. Your primary responsibility will be to review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the software meets the required quality standards.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities to meet project deadlines.
  • Identify, record, document, and track bugs to ensure timely resolution.
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved to ensure stability.
  • Liaise with internal teams to identify system requirements and ensure seamless integration.
  • Monitor debugging process results to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions.
  • Track quality assurance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies to ensure the team remains competitive.

Requirements and Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience working as a Quality Engineer with Automation and Manual Testing.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
  • Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS model/cloud-delivered application testing.
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
