Technical Writer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to create clear, concise, and accurate documentation for products, services, and processes. This includes user manuals, API documentation, installation guides, FAQs, and internal documentation.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation such as:
  • User guides and manuals
  • API documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman)
  • Knowledge base articles and FAQs
  • Internal process documentation
  • Release notes and changelogs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with subject matter experts to gather technical information.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into simple, user-friendly content.
  • Edit, standardize, or revise content to meet standards and ensure consistency of tone, structure, and style.
  • Maintain version control and ensure documentation is updated regularly.
  • Participate in product testing and review to understand features from a user's perspective.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6-12 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and tools (Agile, Git, APIs, SDLC).
