Key Responsibilities:
  • Assume a multi-faceted role, working both front-end and back-end to ensure the success of customers using our fundraising services and manage ongoing relationships.
  • Create deal documents such as pitch decks, financial models, business plans, teasers, etc., for clients across sectors, geographies, and stages of business operations.
  • Advise and consult clients by structuring funding rounds based on market conditions and suitable investor needs, requiring understanding of private investment markets.
  • Ensure quality services are delivered to clients.
  • Adhere to strict deadlines and manage multiple deals together.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of prior Investment Banking/Investment Analyst experience preferred.
  • CFA Level 1 or 2 passed candidates preferred.
  • Knowledge/prior experience with startup fundraising/Venture capital industry advantageous.
  • Remote work environment available; you can work from anywhere without attending the office daily.
  • You should own a laptop and have a good internet connection for day-to-day operations.
  • Excellent written and spoken English required.
  • A 5-7 day training session provided once you join.
