Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand project guidelines and prepare clean FF2 orders.
  • Verify serial cards with the latest specifications sheets and communicate with OE's and factories.
  • Prepare FAT-related documents and obtain customer acceptance before inspections.
  • Verify factory-related GAD with customer-approved GAD.
  • Release change orders to factories and ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate FAT activities with manufacturing facilities.
  • Manage revisions in all documents.
  • Prepare shipping documents for shipment activities.
  • Provide technical support for OE/factory clarifications and assist with change orders.
  • Attend KOM meetings with factories and guide young engineers.
  • PMAE knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Maintain and report records of all work done.
  • Support and resolve customer warranty claims issues.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Electrical/Mechanical, Instrumentation/Control Engineering with minimum 4 years of working experience in control valve industries.
  • Knowledge of Engineering and Oil & Gas industry.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills; Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Handling large projects and Inhouse engineering experience.
  • Very Good knowledge in technical side to resolve issues in Work.
  • Ability to manage job flow, giving due attention to priorities and completing work on time.
  • Will to travel to Japan if required.
