Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Application Designer to join our organization. As an Application Designer, you will play a critical role in defining requirements and designing applications that meet business process and application requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and analyze business needs.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to enhance application functionality and user experience.
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of application design.

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Experience in creating detailed documentation for application design and requirements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
  • 15 years full-time education.
