User Experience Design:

User Interface Design:
- Create pixel-perfect UI components, layouts, and design systems in Figma.

- Design-to-Development Handoff
- Use tools like Figma's Dev Mode, Zeplin, or Storybook to provide engineers with clean assets and clear design specs.

- Understand front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS, basic React/Flutter concepts) to better communicate with developers.
New-Age Skills:
- Prompt engineers effectively to ensure designs are implemented with accuracy and performance in mind.
- Leverage AI-assisted design tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Galileo AI, Uizard) to speed up ideation and asset generation.
- Explore and prototype using no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Framer, Webflow) for rapid validation.
- Contribute to maintaining and evolving a scalable design system.
Collaboration & Growth:
- Work closely with senior designers to learn best practices and continuously improve craft.
- Stay updated on design trends, interaction models, and AI-driven design innovations.
- Communicate design rationale and present work clearly to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio demonstrating capabilities.
- Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, dev handoff).
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, React concepts preferred).
- Strong visual design sensibility with knowledge of typography, color, and grid systems.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in no-code/low-code platforms (Framer, Webflow, Bubble).
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience contributing to or managing a design system.
- Motion/interaction design skills (After Effects, Lottie, Figma Motion plugins).
